CSQ227R171 The Lead Engagement Manager delivers measurable impact for our Healthcare & Life Sciences customers as well as at the Business Unit (BU) or Regional team level in the Forward Deployed Engineering organization. You will own and independently scope multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives to solve problems with no clear precedent, operating with high autonomy in high-stakes environments. The impact you will have: Regional Impact: Drive excellence at the BU/Region level, contributing to team-level booking targets and consumption goals. Complex Problem Solving: Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific complexities across multiple countries.
