SUMMARY To provide global functional leadership for the Solutions Architecture organization, driving corporate-wide alignment across product, engineering, sales, and delivery. The Director works with highly abstract ideas across diverse functional areas to influence global product roadmaps via structured field feedback, define corporate consulting handoff protocols, and oversee the pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies of the global Professional Services portfolio to maximize market share growth and global operational success. WHY THIS ROLE? As a Director, you step away from regional execution to influence corporate-wide policy and global strategy. This role provides an elite level of exposure, placing you at the helm of functional design where your decisions directly steer how the entire global SA organization operates, packages its offerings, and interacts with Snowflake’s core Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales leadership divisions. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Product Roadmap Influence: Synthesize global field feedback on customer requirements, structural competitive gaps, and market needs to directly influence Snowflake’s global product features, engineering focus, and platform releases. - Global Delivery Governance: Define, institutionalize, and enforce g
