JOB DESCRIPTION: MANAGER, GTM APPLICATIONS ENGINEERING ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a hands-on Manager, GTM Applications Engineering to join our GTM Applications team at Snowflake. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, architecture, and long-term product roadmap for our internal customers across the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Post-Sales, Professional Services, and Education (EDU) domains. You will report directly to the Head of GTM Applications. The ideal candidate is a balanced leader capable of managing a hybrid team of both engineers and functional resources. You must be a strong AI adopter and an active proponent of leveraging AI to optimize engineering workflows and build innovative solutions for internal stakeholders. While acting as a manager, you will maintain a hands-on approach by contributing to technical architecture, design validation, code reviews, and writing code when necessary to ensure the delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
