THE ROLE As a Professional Services Business Development Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of sales and delivery, partnering with enterprise account teams to identify services opportunities, build compelling proposals and ensure that customers realise value from their Snowflake investment faster. You'll own bookings targets and pipeline forecasting for your accounts, but this isn't a traditional quota-carrying sales role. You'll report into the ANZ Professional Services team, with dotted-line alignment to a Sales District Manager and Account Executives. WHAT YOU'LL DO Services Sales Execution - Own the professional services sales lifecycle: identify, scope, propose and close engagements across new and existing clients - Achieve quarterly bookings targets and maintain a rolling pipeline forecast with strong command of your book of business - Develop customer use cases, SOWs and commercial proposals - Run deal reviews to ensure scope is well-defined, commercially sound, and positioned for customer success Strategic Advisory - Lead discovery and roadmapping sessions with customer executives to translate business priorities (e.g., cost reduction, AI readiness, plat
